When this happens

Harmont tried to send a verification or recovery email and the upstream mail provider rejected or failed the send. This is a transient server-side problem, not something wrong with your input.

How to fix it

Wait a few minutes and request the email again. If it keeps failing, contact support with the request_id from the response.
